Executive Support was founded in 2014 with a very clear mission: to help business owners and small organisations get more done in less time whilst ensuring quality, consistency and compliance. It’s been a very busy and enriching journey so far and the future’s bright, as we’re dedicated to supporting our clients in setting and accomplishing unique goals.

Who we are

Chloe Scragg is our company’s Director and the founder of Executive Support. After a number of years working in event and project management, corporate development and executive level assistance, she pursued her dream of setting up an independent office support agency that combines exceptional expertise with the personal touch.

Since then, Chloe and her small team of specialist freelancers have worked with entrepreneurs, small businesses and charities to free up their time whilst establishing strong foundations for ongoing growth. We believe that with the right kind of support, every business can achieve efficiency, clarity and direction, which makes for a more productive, profitable and enjoyable working week.

Getting to know you

A bespoke service is impossible without in-depth knowledge of who you are and what you want to accomplish. That’s why we begin the relationship by having a proper chat about your business and where you want it to be in a month, six months, a year and further down the line.

This discovery session can be carried out either in person or remotely, such as through a phone call or video chat. Either way, getting to know the ins and outs of your organisation will allow us to fine-tune our services according to your business model and aspirations.
