This privacy statement tells you what to expect when Executive Support Consultants Ltd collects and/or uses your personal information. We are committed to keeping your information safe and secure.
Executive Support Consultants will mostly rely on legitimate interests, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as the lawful basis for gathering and processing your personal information. Visitors to our website
When someone visits our website we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will ask for it. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
Use of cookies

E-newsletters
We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our e-newsletters. This system securely stores the information you submit. We only gather the information we need, which is your email address and your consent to receive the newsletter. We will not share your information with any other organisations. We will keep you on our contact list until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the email you receive. People who make and enquiry through our website
When people make an enquiry through our website we will aim to respond within 72 hours. Once we have dealt with your enquiry we will delete you from our system within 30 days, unless you have asked for us to keep your information.
How we use any personal identifiable data we gather
We will only ever process personal identifiable data in a very limited set of circumstances on behalf of and at the request of clients to deliver our services.
Companies and suppliers we work with
When we work with you we will securely retain your information on our database. We will not share your information with any other organisation. If we cease working together we will retain your information on our database for five years after our last contract, in line with our retention, review and deletion policy.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information. Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us via email. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

Data Sharing Principles
When Executive Support Consultants receives, uses or shares data, including special category data it will comply with the data protection principles in the GDPR:
Lawfulness, fairness and transparency
We will describe and document the lawful basis for using the data, ensuring special category data receives the extra protection required. We will only process data in the way we have described and agreed.
Purpose limitations
We will only obtain data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. Data will only be used for a specific processing purpose that the client has been made aware of and no other, without further agreement.
Data minimisation
We will only collect the data we need for the task.
Accuracy
We will, work to ensure all data is kept accurate and, where necessary, up to date.
Storage limitations
We will only keep data that identifies individuals for as long as necessary. We will de-personalise it as soon as possible and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed, in line with our retention, review and deletion policy.
Integrity and confidentiality
We will share, keep, store and delete data securely and protect it against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage. We will identify, document, assess and minimise any potential risks to data subjects through Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) where necessary.

We take responsibility for complying with the data principles and have appropriate processes and records in place to demonstrate our compliance.
